These terms govern the services provided by Master Travels. By making an enquiry or a booking with us, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required payment or deposit and issued a written confirmation. Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed. Fares, taxes and charges set by airlines, hotels, embassies and other suppliers are beyond our control and may change.
Payments
Payment terms are stated at the time of booking. Some services require full payment in advance; others allow a deposit with the balance due before travel or before ticket issue. Failure to pay by the stated time may result in cancellation and loss of any deposit.
Prices and inclusions
What is included in a package price is listed on the relevant page or in your quotation. Anything not listed is not included. Unless stated otherwise, prices are per person on twin-sharing and exclude personal expenses, tips, and anything of a personal nature.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visa for your journey, and for meeting any health requirements. While we assist with visa processing, the decision of any embassy or consulate is theirs alone. We are not liable if a visa is refused, and our service fee for visa processing is earned for the work done regardless of the outcome.
Changes and cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, supplier charges and our administration fee apply. These are set out in our Refund Policy. Airlines and hotels set their own change and cancellation rules, which we pass on to you.
Our responsibility
We act as an agent between you and the suppliers who provide your travel services. We take care in arranging your booking, but we are not liable for the acts, errors or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport operators or other third parties, nor for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, or government action.
Complaints
If something goes wrong during your travel, tell us and the supplier at the time so we can try to resolve it. If a matter remains unresolved, contact us afterwards with the details and we will look into it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
