A travel house that grew into a group
Master Travels started in 2008 with two desks and a telephone. Eighteen years later we still sell tickets every day — and we also stand behind three sister companies in trade, healthcare and technology.
The name stayed the same as the business grew, which is deliberate. Whether you are booking a holiday, sourcing a shipment, arranging treatment abroad or commissioning software, you are dealing with the same people and the same standards.

How we got here
The agency opens
Master Travels begins as a two-desk ticketing office in Dhaka, selling domestic and regional fares.
IATA accreditation
Accreditation allows direct airline ticketing, and the corporate desk takes on its first company accounts.
Hajj and Umrah licence
The pilgrimage division is approved, and the first group departure travels the same year.
Master Trading founded
Import and export operations begin, serving Bangladeshi manufacturers reaching overseas buyers.
Master Health founded
Medical travel coordination starts with hospital partners in India and Thailand.
Master Tech founded
An in-house technology company, now building and maintaining the group's own platforms.
